You are responsible for providing accurate location information and ensuring accessibility for our mobile service vehicle. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside standard service areas.

Labor performed by our technicians is guaranteed for 30 days from service date. Replacement parts carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. This guarantee covers workmanship defects but does not extend to damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear after service completion.
Services are provided on an "as is" basis for the specific repairs performed. We do not warrant that all potential issues have been identified or resolved unless explicitly included in the service description.
Our liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost income, or indirect losses resulting from equipment downtime or repair outcomes.
You acknowledge that bicycle and scooter repair involves inherent risks, including the discovery of additional issues during service. We will inform you of such findings but are not responsible for pre-existing conditions unrelated to the requested service.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service price to compensate for scheduling disruption.
